TheArizona Revised Statutes (ARS) is the name given to thestatutory laws in the U.S. state ofArizona. The ARS went into effect on January 9, 1956.[1] It was most recently updated in the second regularsession of the55th legislature. There are 49titles, although three have been repealed.

West publishes the officialWest's Arizona Revised Statutes and theArizona Revised Statutes Annotated.LexisNexis publishes theArizona Annotated Revised Statutes.
