The linguisticenclave was south of the Russian city ofPskov.[4] The Kraasna dialect was first discovered in the year 1849 whenFriedrich Reinhold Kreutzwald sent a letter to A.J. The Kraasna dialect had anabessive suffix -ldA and the translative marker -st which are linked to Seto.[6]
