Indonesian traditional food made from beef, sweet potatoes and corn.
For the village in Iran, seeKatamak, Hirmand.

Katemak is anIndonesian traditional dish from theEast Nusa Tenggara Province. To prepare this dish,beef is boiled withsweet potatoes,sweet corn and some greenvegetables such ascassava leaves andpapaya leaves to make asoup. Somespices such as the smallred onions,garlic andred chillies are added during cooking.[1]
