Joseph Stillman (born August 1, 1959) is an American screenwriter, producer, and director.
Before becoming a screenwriter, he worked for several TV shows, includingBeavis and Butt-head,King of the Hill,Doug, andThe Adventures of Pete & Pete.
Stillman also worked on screenplays for movies includingBeavis and Butt-Head Do America,Shrek andits sequel. He received a sharedBAFTA forco-writing the firstShrek and a nomination for theAcademy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
