• Rhinophyma (enlarged nose)
• Metophyma (enlarged cushion-like swelling of the forehead)
• Blepharophyma (swelling of the eyelids)
• Otophyma (a cauliflower-like swelling of the earlobes)

Treatment for mild to moderate cases includes an oral antibiotic ortopical gel or cream.^[2]
