Dexamethasone/levofloxacin, sold under the brand nameLevodexa, is afixed-dose combination medication used for the prevention and treatment of inflammation, and the prevention of infection, associated withcataract surgery.[1][3] It containsdexamethasone, acorticosteroid; andlevofloxacin, ananti-infective.[1]

It was approved for medical use in Canada in December 2023.[1]

Dexamethasone/levofloxacin isindicated for the prevention and treatment of inflammation, and the prevention of infection, associated with cataract surgery in adults.[1]
