David Green (born 1983) is an Americanfilm andmusic video director . He is well known for directing several music videos and short films, especially working withMiles Fisher . After making his directorial debut with the 2014 filmEarth to Echo [ 1] [ 2] Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows Warner Bros. Pictures Animation filmCoyote vs. Acme
Green directed several music videos, including Miles Fisher's 2009 cover ofTalking Heads ' "This Must Be the Place ".[ 3] Meltdown in 2009 with David Cross,[ 4] David Cross voiced over the main role.[ 5]
In 2010, Green directed a short film spoof titledPinkberry: The Movie , starring Miles Fisher.[ 6] Zombie Roadkill , starringThomas Haden Church and produced bySam Raimi .[ 7]
In 2011, Green and Fisher made a viral short filmNew Romance along with Jake Avnet to promoteFinal Destination 5 [ 8] Dial M for Murder , for theFunny or Die .[ 9]

Discovery announced that the film would be shelved in order to take a $30 million taxwrite-off .[ 21] Paramount Pictures ,Amazon MGM Studios ,Apple Studios andNetflix taking interest on the project.[ 22] [ 23] [ 24] [ 25] Ketchup Entertainment acquired worldwide rights to the film for $50 million, setting the project for a 2026 release.[ 26]
