Dareke Young (born June 4, 1999) is an American professionalfootballwide receiver for theSeattle Seahawks of theNational Football League (NFL).[1] He playedcollege football for theLenoir–Rhyne Bears. Dareke went toMiddle Creek High School inApex, North Carolina from 2014 to 2017. In high school, he had 29 catches, 502 yards and 5touchdowns and only had three losses in his career while also earning Academic All-Conference honors.

Young was selected by theSeattle Seahawks in the seventh round, 233rd overall, of the2022 NFL draft.[4] He played in 13 games as a rookie primarily onspecial teams, but had two catches for 24 yards on the season.[5]

On September 4, 2023, Young was placed oninjured reserve.[6] He was activated on November 11.[7] In the 2023 season, he appeared in six games in mainly a special teams role.[8]
