Canons Ashby is a small village andcivil parish inWest Northamptonshire, England.[1][2] The population of the village is included in the civil parish ofPreston Capes.
Its most notable building isCanons Ashby House, aNational Trust property. Theparish church is a surviving fragment ofCanons Ashby Priory.
It is situated 0.9 miles (1,400 m) fromMoreton Pinkney. A railway station was located between the two villages, on theStratford-upon-Avon and Midland Junction Railway (later part of theLondon Midland and Scottish Railway), but the station closed in April 1952.
The village is part of theDaventry constituency.
