Burgas Municipality (Bulgarian: Община Бургас,Obshtina Burgas) is the most populated municipality inBurgas Province. It includesBurgas, the town ofBalgarovo and 12 villages.After a referendum in 2011Izvor became part of Burgas Municipality.[1]
