3RPH is acommunity radio station owned and operated byVision Australia as part of theVision Australia Radio network. The station broadcasts aradio reading service toMelbourne,Victoria, with repeater services inWarragul andWarrnambool, Victoria.

The station commenced broadcasting on 12 December 1982 at 1692kHzAM,[2][3] before moving to the 1179 kHz AM frequency vacated by3KZ.

3RPH is also a member ofRadio Print Handicapped Network and aBBC World Service partner station.[4][5]
