This vocabulary set has general feelings like 'happy' and 'sad' but also contains a few conditions for health related feelings, like 'nauseous' or 'dizzy'. There are a few duplicates but both are listed. So you will see some options listed twice. The options with '_feel' attached ('cold' and 'cold_feel') are the health feelings versions.
