[EXCLUSIVE] New Restaurant In, Old McDonald's Out in Buckhead + Trader Joe's News Too

Finally! In-N-Out will make its Atlanta debut with a location planned for Buckhead.  Sources close to the project tellToNeTo Atlanta that a new In-N-Out will open at 2929 Peachtree Road in Buckhead.  The new In-N-Out will replace a longstanding McDonald's.   

[EXCLUSIVE] Former Kennesaw Sears Sold to Surprising Local Store

Cobb County property records confirm that the former Sears at Town Center at Cobb (400 Ernest W. Barrett Parkway) has been sold.  The two-level store measures about 171,000 square feet across two levels and sits on about thirteen acres.  Sears occupied the space from February 1986 untilits closure in August 2020.

[CLOSURE ALERT] Sandwich Shop Silently Shutters at Phipps Plaza

Earl of Sandwich has closed its eatery at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead.  It had closed "temporarily" more than a week ago, but the shop has since been removed from both the Phipps Plaza and Earl of Sandwich websites despite still being marked "temporarily closed" on its Google listing. 

[EXCLUSIVE] Levi's Looks to Outfit Lenox With New Location

Months after theabrupt closure of luxury outerwear company Moose Knuckles, a newLevi's store looks to be on tap as its replacement.  According to a permit filed this past week with the City of Atlanta the San Franciso-based denim company is opening a new store in the space on the main mall level.

[EXCLUSIVE] Whataburger Looks to Cash in on Former Sandy Springs Bank Site

A newWhataburger is being planned in place of a former bank in Sandy Springs.  The new Whataburger is planned for the former Wells Fargo (originally a First Union) bank branch in an outparcel of the Publix-anchored Dunwoody Place shopping center (8725 Roswell Road).
