According to Economic Times, the purpose of the recall is to replace a faulty masterbrake cylinder fitted on the cars.
Nissan is investigating vehicles from the 2007 to 2008 model year that were affected by brake fluid leaks from the masterbrake cylinder. Around 440,000 vehicles are said to be under investigation.
