The following cases may be scheduled for argument at the session of the Nebraska Court of Appeals to be held on April 7 or 8, 2026, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska. Check the Proposed Call for your case and mark your calendar. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. If you are a self-represented litigant and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk's Office in writing to Nebraska Supreme Court, PO Box 98910, Lincoln, NE  68509. If you are unavailable for all dates listed above, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.Conflicts must be received by March 4, 2026.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.   

After the cases have been scheduled on the call, cases will not be continued except on a showing of urgent necessity.
