AstroConda is a free Conda channel which contains, among other useful tools, the instrument calibration pipelines, including CalCOS, and other tools developed at STScI.

The COS calibration pipeline distributed through the AstroConda channel and is maintained on GitHub. For more information about using the COS Pipeline on your data, refer toChapter 5 in the COS Data Handbook.

COSTools contains functions for analyzing and doing custom redictions for COS datasets. It is distributed through the AstroConda channel and is maintained on GitHub. The following functions are contained inside the COSTools package:

• splittag
• timefilter
• saamodel

Information about HST data reprocessing activities as well as information about the latest software builds the data from the archive are calibrated with.
