A NEW FIELD FOR SPORT  --- A new half mile race track is being constructed in Oakland, near the Waterville Road and the Second Rangeway.   It is being built by Daniel Fernando, Donald and Lee Rossignel and is expected to be ready for opening Sunday, Sept. 17, for stock car races.
