The Nickol Bay Speedway club has sent out a big thank you to one of there club members Peter Bywaters or "Snowman" as most know him for the water pumps to get the water pumped out of the track after the recent down pours. All in all its not too bad out there after all the heavy rains.

5th June 2020 - Building a brand new car and taking it to the biggest meeting of the year is always going to be a hard task. But thats what Fish Telenta did. Fish built this 1963 Holden EH from the ground up featuring a current day suspension and shock package. He and his team of dedicated mates only finished the car just prior to the title. It wasn't all plain sailing for the Perth metro based team as seems a case of spliting gearbox casing problems did let the team down. Fish did start from the tail of the B Main but, as in his words, got tangled up in someone else's crash. Here Mike Charlesworth captures the fantastic stance on this piece of engineering through the lens of his camera. How did this masterpiece not win Best Presented.
