Terms and Conditions

Prices include:

• Utility costs (heating, electricity, water)
• Basic cleaning, bedlinen and towels
• 1 bag of turf/wood on the day of arrival

A breakage / cleaning deposit of € 500 is required.
This is due before arrival and will be returned provided the property is left in the same condition as found.

The booking will not proceed unless a deposit (25% of the rental price, non-refundable) is paid.
The rest sum will be due at the latest 8 weeks before arrival; bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival will need to be paid in full on the day of booking.

In case of cancellation
later than 8 weeks before arrival unfortunately no refund can be made; if the booking is cancelled earlier than 8 weeks before arrival 75%, of the full price will be refunded (see above condition). An insurance for the case of travel cancellation is advisable.

Unfortunately the nature of this medieval building makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users and infants.
