| Summary | Industry standard CompactFlash cards can be used as a solid state replacementfor IDE / PATA hard disks. This means lower power, fast readaccess time and high reliability. On most systems, a CompactFlash cardwill look just like a regular IDE disk drive to the system BIOSand operating system. No special device drivers are required. |
