Support Contracts
Being a non-profit foundation, NLnet Labs is obliged to follow strict taxregulation and not allowed to offer taxable services. As a result, we haveestablishedOpen Netlabs B.V. The company is a whollyowned, taxable subsidiary of the NLnet Labs foundation serving the goals ofits parent.
Open Netlabs B.V. offerssupport contracts with aservice level for our DNS products NSD and Unbound, as well asour BGP routing products Krill, Routinator and Rotonda. In addition toreceiving support and early access to security vulnerability informationunder non-disclosure, your financial contribution also supports our missionto provide free and open software.

NLnet Labs is a non-profit foundation that is recognised by the Dutch taxauthorities as a Public Benefit Organisation (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instellingor ANBI). This is the equivalent of a 501(c)(3) organisation in the USA.
Under Dutch tax law, donations, legacies, and subsidies provided to NLnet Labsare, under the usual conditions set by the Dutch authorities, exempt of taxand/or tax deductible.
