The Tamarkoz method is one of the Practical Aspects of Sufism®. Tamarkoz is the way for anyone who wishes to re-cognize their inner abilities and to discover their purpose in life, through a holistic and practical way of recovering and maintaining health, happiness, fulfillment, well-being and discipline in life.
About Us
MTO Shahmaghsoudi is the school of Islamic Sufism. While MTO is a school and we are students of Sufism, we also see ourselves as a community, an active place of workship, a place for meeting, education and cultural exchange.
Students of MTO Shahmaghsoudi® are supporting critical care and support organizations such as hospitals, care homes, nonprofit organizations and other members of our local communities with donations of personal protective equipment (PPE), food, and other essential supplies in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
