About Model Mayhem Employees, Moderators and Gatekeepers
Model Mayhem is owned by MH Sub I, LLC dba Internet Brands.
Model Mayhem employees will only contact you from an @modelmayhem.com email address or our verified social media accounts (Facebook,Instagram, andX). Do not respond to emails from other addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or unverified social media accounts. Known Model Mayhem email addresses include:[email protected],[email protected],[email protected],[email protected].
We will never offer you a job or request your MM password. Moderators will only contact you viaMod Messages on Model Mayhem. Flag any other messages claiming to be from Model Mayhem staff or Mods.
Gatekeepers only have the ability to approve profiles on Model Mayhem.
I got an email from[email protected] – is this really from Model Mayhem?
Yes! Model Mayhem is owned by MH Sub I, LLC dba Model Mayhem, and occasionally when the Model Mayhem staff sends the membership an email it will come from this email address or a similarly @lifestyle.ibemail.com address.
How do I reset my password?
If you are logged in, simply go toMy Stuff & Settings and click the Edit link next to the password field.
You can also go tohttps://www.modelmayhem.com/forgot_passwordand enter your account’s email to reset your password.
Even if denied, you have two more chances to submit your profile for review.
After a denial, you’ll receive an email detailing the reasons. The most common reason is not meeting membership requirements. Review and update your profile, then submit again.
If there are other issues with your profile, or if you don’t understand the denial, feel free to contact us for clarification.
How do I subscribe or upgrade my account?
To sign up, visit our upgrade page:Model Mayhem Upgrade or find the link on your My Stuff page.
Note: You must be an approved member to have a subscription. If you sign up during registration, you won’t be charged until your profile is approved.
To upgrade an existing subscription, go toModel Mayhem Upgrade or change your membership type in My Stuff > Wallet
How do I close, cancel, or delete my account?
To close your account, go to My Stuff, then Settings, and click the Cancel Account button.
Important: Before canceling, remove images, update your name, and delete old comments and TAGs to prevent them from appearing in search results. We can’t delete your account, but we can assist you in closing it—just contact us.
How can I get Google to delete or update my results or images?
To request Google to delete or update your results or images, note that we cannot control search results outside of Model Mayhem.
You can try this link to remove changed content from Google:Google Removals Tool. This tool works only if the content on Model Mayhem has been updated or removed. For assistance, contact the moderation team with links to the specific content.
For image removal, provide the link to the portfolio or contest page, not the direct image link. For more information on removing images from search results, refer to this article:Removing Images from Google.
