TheTraining Course[1] is a floating obstacle course thatMario goes through to train for battle againstBowser inThe Super Mario Bros. Movie. When Mario andPeach arrive at the location, a giant? Block appears out of the water and turns into the Training Course. It features variousblocks and objects from theSuper Mario franchise, as well as dummy versions of enemies. Peach tells Mario that if he manages to finish the course, he can join her on her journey, and she demonstrates the course by going through it herself, completing it perfectly.[1] Mario is seen attempting the course during the day and night while Peach watches and failing multiple times in different ways, including being knocked out by a dummyFire Bar, being blasted by a dummyBomber Bill, and falling after standing on aDonut Block for too long. The Training Course later reappears during the credits.
