InSuper Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, they are first found inSalvo The Slime's Castle in a room past the room with theMiddle Ring with green and red color variations. InYoshi's Island DS, multiple red rough platforms appear as obstacles inCastle of Priscilla the Peckish. InYoshi's New Island, they are found inFort Key Calamity with two color variations, yellow replacing green.

The spotted sides are safe, but the serrated sides will separate baby Mario from Yoshi! Spin the platforms around by shooting the arrow blocks overhead with your eggs. This arrow block will also spin a crucial, unseen platform below.
