Jr. Street is the second court of theStar Tourney inMario Hoops 3-on-3. It takes place in a downtown city area.
The gimmick is the giant slot machine in the back, which can be played if the player hasSlot Coins after scoring a basket. Slot Coins are obtainable by dribbling the ball on the? Panels when they turn purple. A team can have up to three Slot Coins, each opening possibilities for how the slots are lined on the slot machine. The first Slot Coin allows for a match in the middle row only. The second opens up all three rows. Finally, the third Slot Coin opens up diagonals.
The following prizes are awarded from using the slot machine if three of the following symbols appear in a row or diagonally; when this occurs, afanfare can be heard as well as fireworks.
- 3Green Shells: +10 pts
- 3Mushrooms: +20 pts
- 3Fire Flowers: +30 pts
- 3Stars: Doubles score for basket
- 3Marios: Triples score for basket
- 3Bowser Jr.s: Score for basket is reduced to 0.
Two of the pictures sometimes match in two rows, always being the extra point pictures, not the multipliers; therefore, three Mushrooms and three Fire Flowers add 50 points to the basket.
The court received a similar successor inMario Sports Mix titledBowser Jr. Blvd.
