Fire Shooters[1][2] are enemies introduced inSuper Mario Galaxy. They are similar toWater Shooters, but as their name suggests, they shoot fire instead of water. They resemble the nozzle part ofFLUDD fromSuper Mario Sunshine, except in red. They are functionally similar toflamethrowers, which appear inSuper Mario 64.

Fire Shooters are enemies inSuper Mario Galaxy. Their nozzles shoot long-ranged flames atMario orLuigi. Fire Shooters are first found inBowser's Star Reactor and reappear in theDeep Dark Galaxy andBubble Blast Galaxy. One largerfireball-shooting one appears onMecha-Bowser in theToy Time Galaxy, and two others appear on theUndergrunt Gunner Planet from the samegalaxy aforementioned.

Super Mario Galaxy 2[edit]
Fire Shooters are enemies inSuper Mario Galaxy 2. They appear only inBowser's Galaxy Generator, where they shoot fireballs at Mario or Luigi. The ones that shoot flames do not reappear in the game, though the fireball-shooting ones now have their previous size.
