Faraway Oasis is the second race course of theShell Cup inMario Kart World.[1] It is set within a large savannah near the southern forest region of the game's map, and is populated by various animals such as elephants, zebras, and giraffes. It is located in the southeast section of the world map.[2] The track's layout resembles a mirrored version ofGBA Riverside Park. This connection is more overt in the Japanese version, where the course is named "Riverside Safari".
Outside ofMario Kart Live: Home Circuit, this is the firstnew course in the series' history to be in the Shell Cup.
