Backwards Bill is aBullet Bill item that players can obtain in the boardPerilous Palace Path inMario Party: Island Tour. Players have a chance of randomly obtaining it fromItem Spaces or from winningminigames and selecting the item. It serves as a more powerful variant of theSetback Shell, where selected opponents get knocked back fivespaces rather than two. Its opposite counterpart is theGolden Dash Mushroom, which helps users gain five spaces.
