A20-Point Star[1] (originally formatted as20 Point Star)[2] is aSpecial Item inSuper Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island andits port It can be obtained by winning certainminigames, orMini Battles. It is a more effective variation of the10-Point Star, as it is worth 20Stars, therefore adding twenty seconds to theCountdown Timer.

- Like regular Stars and the 10 Point Star, the 20 Point Star was originally represented by aclock in prototype builds ofSuper Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and it additionally replenished 50 to the Countdown Timer instead of 20.[4]
