Grants to assist historic properties in rural locations with populations less then 30,000.

Funding for historic preservation comes from a variety of sources. The following link provides information focusing on the rehabilitation of historic properties. Tax Credits
Federal and state income tax credits are available to property owners rehabilitating historic buildings. Tax credits are not grants, but grant recipients may apply for tax credits on applicable required matching grant funds.
