The Joint Science Operations Centre isresponsible for the coordination ofscienceoperations for theClustermission of theEuropean Space Agency (ESA).It works closely with theEuropean SpaceOperations Centre (ESOC), which is responsible for day-to-day operation ofthe four spacecraft. JSOC is operated by theRALSpacedepartment of theScience and Technology Facilities Council under contract to the ESA. It islocated atRutherfordAppleton Laboratory, Chilton, near Didcot, UK.
