Body language expert decodes Meghan Markle's 'performative' gesture to Prince Harry
EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Markle enjoyed a rare date night with Prince Harry in California on Sunday.

Meghan Markle andPrince Harry put on a loved-up displayas they stepped out for a rare date night in California on Sunday night. Taking a night away from parenting duties, Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, sat in front row seats at Sunday's NBA All-Star Game at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood.
The royal couple, who will celebrate eight years of marriage later this year, were seen seated next to Queen Latifah and her partner, Eboni Nichols. During her appearance, Meghan was spotted stroking Harry's arm to direct his attention away from the cameras.
Speaking about the couple's latest appearance, body language expert Judi James has suggested that Meghan appears to be putting on a "performative" gesture for one major reason.

Ms James told theDaily Express: "Meghan’s body language poses do look performative here, which means that she appears focused on showing off her relationship with Harry to the world with high levels of pride rather than just relaxing using the odd more intimate snuggle or glance to him that might make this look less effortful."
She claims that she appears to want to "show off" their relationship rather than "just relaxing" and enjoying time with her husband.
The couple's appearance comes just hours after Meghan posted a new picture of Harry and their four-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, to herInstagram account.
