In order to improve the overall transparency and an accurate understanding of Euronext Clearing governance, operations and risk management framework, Euronext Clearing provides:

• the updated version of the “Disclosure Framework for FMIs” document, in compliance with the Key Consideration 5, Principle 23, provided by the CPSS-IOSCO report “Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures” (PFMI) and by the “Disclosure Framework and Assessment methodology”, both issued by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
