All aboard! Travel back in time to the golden age of rail travel, at Canberra Railway Museum!
Based in Kingston, one of Canberra’s oldest suburbs and once its industrial heart, the museum’s exhibits will take you through over 100 years of history. The Australian Capital Territory has a deep connection to the railways, and you can learn all about it here!

We are open on additional days through the ACT school holidays starting Saturday 20 December until Thursday 29 January, 10 am to 3pm. Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. See theEvents Calendarfor all the dates the museum is open.
Admission is $10 for adults, $7.50 for concessions, $5 for children (5–15 years) and free for children (0–5 years).
Free parking is available at the front of the museum.
