Individual Reservations

Reservation upon prior arrival.
The minimum number of persons for running a show is 20 persons; the minimum number of persons for running the Stars Show is 20 persons.
Arrival should be 15 minutes before the scheduled show time; shows are automatically cancelled in case the minimum number of persons is not available 15 minutes before the show time.
Tickets for non-Egyptians are EGP 200.
For Egyptians, an additional EGP 10 is required for English headphones.

Group Reservations

Reservation has to be made at least one week in advance.
Minimum number for group reservation is 25 persons per group.
Confirmation of reservation is by payment of 50% of the total sum of the required tickets; it has to be paid at least four days in advance.
The down payment is not refunded if cancellation is not made at least two days before the date of the visit.
Arrival must be at least 30 minutes before the show time; otherwise, the reservation is automatically cancelled without refund or exchange.
To watch the show in English, an additional EGP 10.- interpretation fees are added to each ticket.

Restrictions

Individual admission is at least 10 minutes before the show time.
Admission after the start of the show is forbidden.
In case of late arrival, tickets are not refunded or exchanged.
Admission of children under the specified age for the show is forbidden; a verification of age might be required if necessary.
Photography and recording of any type is forbidden during shows.
Food and drinks are not admitted inside the Planetarium theater.
Mobile phones must be switched off during shows.
Smoking is absolutely forbidden within the Planetarium.
Space Flight show is available in Arabic only.
