For more than 60 years the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) has protected local wildlife and inspired people to love nature.

We are the region’s largest voluntary organisation concerned with all aspects of nature conservation, and we’re still growing. This means we need more excellent people who share our ambitions.

How we recruit

Our recruitment process might look a bit different: instead of CVs and cover letters, you’ll answer a few questions online that reflect the skills and tasks for the role. This approach helps reduce bias, increases diversity, and lets us focus on finding the best candidates.

Your answers are anonymised, randomised, and scored by a panel to keep things fair. We also ask for optional background info, which is anonymised and used only to improve our equal opportunity efforts. Plus, every applicant hears back from us!
