(1) The person issuing a warrant to arrest againstany person may endorse the warrant with a direction that that person must onarrest be released on bail as specified in the endorsement.
(2) An endorsement under subsection (1) must fixthe amounts in which the principal and thebail guarantors, if any, are to bebound and the amount of any money or the value of any security to bedeposited.
(3) This section does not apply in respect of awarrant authorised to be issued under section 194 of theEvidence Act 2008.
