(1) Process may only be issued out of the Court byaregistrar, except where otherwise provided by or under this or any otherAct.
(2) Theprincipal registrar must, subject to theregulations, keep the original of allprocess issued out of the Court and mustissue or cause to be issued as many copies as are necessary.
(3) Process issued by aregistrar may be recalledand cancelled by—
(a) thatregistrar; or
(b) if thatregistrar is dead or hasceased to hold office or cannot be located, amagistrate.
