(1) The ChiefMagistrate may from time to timeissue practice directions, statements or notes for the Court in relation tocivil or criminalproceedings or any class of civil or criminalproceedings.
(2) Practice directions, statements or notesissued under subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with any provision madeby or under this or any other Act.
