(1) An award of the Court in an arbitration underthis Division must be in writing.
(2) If the Court includes in an award a statementof the reasons for making the award, only the terms of the award and not thereasons must be in writing.
(3) An award of the Court in an arbitration underthis Division has effect as if it were anorder made by the Court in aproceeding heard and determined by it.
(4) If the Court does not include in an award astatement of the reasons for making the award, the Court must, if requested todo so orally or in writing by aparty to the arbitration within 28 days afterthe making of the award, furnish to thatparty within a reasonable time afterreceiving the request a statement in writing of the reasons for making theaward.
