5.0 out of 5 starsTruly a book which lives up to its name
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseHappiness or 'how to be happy' is a concept which many authors and books have tried to explain. But never before was it this simple to understand. Anirudh Rawat decoded happiness for everyone to understand in this simple and fun book. People walk away from 'self help' section at the bookstore thinking ' I don't need help' or maybe I do but who will read these dreadfully boring/dull books. Not anymore. Using stories & anecdotes the author has done a remarkable job at keeping the reader interested. Let's say you've had a bad day and you don't think your mood can get any worse. This book is so powerful that one chapter & your whole mood will be lifted. Definitely a must read in my opinion - Amazon-KundeReviewed in Germany on 4 May 2014
5.0 out of 5 starsAmazing...
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseThe author really hits the point. I've read more than enough books on happiness, selfhelp and awareness and am amazed that with only eight "C's" it is possible to explain so many sources of unhappiness and also to give simple but effective tools to become happier.
I don't want to add a spoiler here, but if you are still in doubt if you should read this book, check out the feature and the TOC to get a glimpse on what the "C's" are.
The bit about abusive language I've read in another review is correct, but I didn't mind in the slightest, because, well, that's how you'd talk about these things with a friend.
And honestly, aren't you throwing much worse at yourself when you're in a bad mood?
I really liked this book. - Myrna McGeeReviewed in the United States on 18 August 2014

1.0 out of 5 starsContent might be good if I could make past the filthy language.
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseAs common as the f word might seem in our language today there are still a majority of people who find it to be one of tho most offensive words ever. I am one of those and find the first page disgusting. - Vikas GoyalReviewed in the United States on 25 January 2014
5.0 out of 5 starsBeing Happy Had Never Been Easier!!
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseWe all know when we are happy but ‘THE CONCEPT’ of happiness has always confused me. I mean that I have mostly observed that people who are supposed to be happy aren’t so happy after all. I have often seen people really want something and yet once they get it they aren’t yet happy. This book is absolutely fantastic for its simplicity. It makes happiness so simple. The thing that really stands out is that the author’s situation remains the same and yet he is able to achieve happiness because he keeps it simple and irons out some simple problems. Just loved it and would highly recommend it.
