The Air Zoo’s Science Inspiration Scholarship Fund was established in 2014. The Fund exists for the sole purpose of providing financial assistance to low-income students, schools and youth-serving organizations who could not otherwise participate in Air Zoo experiences. Today, the Fund continues impacting our community through the ongoing and generous financial support of individual donors, businesses, and foundations.
We have Kalamazoo scholarship options to assist those that qualify. Please choose either an individual or group scholarship application below and follow the directions for submission.
Please note, scholarship funds are applied to admission and programming costs for students. Additional parents, chaperones and administrators outside the allotted complementary amount of one chaperone for every 10 children, are welcome to purchase admission.
Scholarship funding may be utilized to cover any Air Zoo spring or summer break camp, homeschool or scouting program, and Super Science Saturday registration. Families applying for more than one student are asked to complete one application per student. Priority consideration for spring and summer break camp scholarship applications is given to applications received at least two weeks prior to the start of camp.
