Position Title: Cleaning Crew Manager

Position Summary: 
Are you a cleaning professional skilled in developing and implementing strategies to maintain high-quality sanitation and safety standards in a public facility? Do you love to  build and motivate teams to provide the sparkle and shine that enhances the guest  experience? If you answered yes, then the Air Zoo may have the perfect role for you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of applicable cleaning experience in a public setting
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team, as well as handling  disagreements or conflicts in a professional and constructive manner
• In-depth knowledge of various cleaning methods, equipment and materials as well as knowledge of different types of cleaning tasks
• Experience in managing cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use

Part-Time Positions

Position Title: Volunteer Coordinator

Position Objectives: 
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join dynamic and supportive HR Team as a Volunteer Coordinator. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining the Air Zoo’s volunteer and unpaid internship programs. This role supports the museum’s mission by engaging community members and students in meaningful, educational, and serviceoriented opportunities that enhance the museum’s operations and visitor experiences. Additionally, this position provides administrative support to the HR and Finance departments.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, museum studies, education or related field l or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience in coordinating volunteer or internship programs, preferably in a museum, nonprofit, or educational setting
• A strong understanding of the museum’s purpose and goals to serve as a liaison between volunteers/interns and museum staff
