Exportedtemplates were a great idea that is generally understood tohave failed. In the decade since the standard was adopted,only one implementation has appeared. No current vendorsappear interested in creating another. We tentativelysuggest this makes the feature ripe for deprecation. Ourmain concern with deprecation is that it might turn outthat exported constrained templates become an importantcompile-time optimization, as the constraints would bechecked once in the exported definition and not in eachtranslation unit consuming the exported declarations.
