Testimonies from residents of Virginia’s Seventh District.
I reached out to Congressman Vindman’s office to request help in obtaining my government paperwork which would establish my prior federal service. I had been waiting nine months with no results despite my own attempts to be proactive and follow up with HR. In desperation, I reached out to the Congressman’s office one day after seeing his newsletter on Facebook. I did not expect the immediate response I received which ultimately resulted in my getting the long awaited HR paperwork. I was impressed by both the seriousness with which my complaint was handled and the manner in which it was settled. If not for the help from this congressman I would likely still be waiting. I only want to wish Congressman Vindman much success in his efforts during this challenging time for our state (and nation). I will be forever grateful for his intervention.
I felt well-supported every step of the way, and your attention to my concerns has left a lasting positive impression.”I received very timely responses from both of the people I spoke/emailed with. They conveyed the urgency of my request which did not go unnoticed. I hope that I will not need any further assistance of the congressman’s office, but if I ever do, I have confidence that my case will be taken seriously.
I am delighted with the outcome of my case and want to express my heartfelt thanks for your dedicated service. Your quick and proactive efforts in resolving my clearance issue have made me maintain my clearance status and reinforced my trust in your commitment to serving your constituents. Your timely and effective action made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the personal attention you provided throughout this process. Thank you once again for your support. I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your team. Your clear communication and commitment to resolving my case made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
He is a lifesaver! Office was quick to respond.
It was a successful outcome. Congressman Vindman’s office was extremely responsive and concerned for resolving my issue.
What a great job Jacob is doing with the tour requests. He has been incredibly responsive and accomodating with my multiple requests for White House tours. I didn’t want his work to go un-noticed. I was actually bragging on him to a group of parents at my son’s school who were also interested in a WH tour. I told them to go through Congressman Vidman’s office for requests and Jacob would be the one to help coordinate! Again, I appreciate all the work your office is doing to get these tours coordinated!
They helped tremendously as my issue was resolved so much faster than I believed possible.
