This one-sided  Eva-Tone Soundsheet, contains 9 tracks, with fade-out at the end of each track. Track 1, as a voice overdub of the game's phrase "Skate or Die". Track 9, mimics record slow down at end. The tracks are untitled, and the above titles are taken from game areas that the music appears in. Music in "Skate City", randomly plays one of several songs within the game. Four other "Skate City" tunes are included in the game, an ending theme, as well as the "Training screen" music, these are not heard on this record. The record itself does not credit the composers of the music, but the arcade game credits are as follows; Music: Hal Canon, Earl Vickers. Audio: Brad Fuller. These were free give-aways at trade shows. The flexi-disc came with a paper backing giving the title, and the reverse giving information about the game.
