This CD was a special gift sent out to Metroid Metal sponsors. It contains all of the original Metroid Metal tracks, but has a bit of remastering done to them. Most notably, several of the tracks now transition seamlessly from one to the next.

The first run of printed albums had a mistake in the printed tracklist: it lists "Brinstar" as track 2, and "Intro" as track 3. This was corrected in later prints.
