Summer is Coming – Get Ready to Play!

Registration for the 2025 Summer season is just around the corner! Save the date so you don't miss out!

• 2025 Adult Summer League registration opensMarch 31st.  Details, including location, number of teams, and price, will be released on Monday, March 24th!
• 2025 Summer-1 Junior Programs & Leagues registration opensApril 1st.  Our Junior Summer-1 Programs & Leagues will run from mid-May through early July. Details (location and times) will be released on Tuesday, March 25th!

Don't miss out on another exciting summer of Ultimate!

TUC and BE Ultimate are pleased to announce our annual overnight tournament, From Disc Till Dawn, which will take place at Downsview Hangar from 11:00 pm on April 5th to 5:00 am on April 6th, 2025.

As a part of the event registration, each participant will receive a special edition BE Ultimate jersey and an UltraSar disc from Discraft. Please register before Monday, March 17th to confirm shirt sizing; the remaining shirts will be a mixed bag trending towards medium sizing.

Please note that since jerseys and discs are ordered for each participant, refunds requested will depend on our ability to find a replacement.  TUC reserves the right to provide no refund if there is no one to fill your spot.

Please note, refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

KEY UPDATES FOR THE UPCOMING 2025/2026 SEASON

TUC leadership wanted to provide our membership with key updates for the upcoming 2025/2026 season as we prepare for the 2025 Summer season.

Updated Refund Policy

TUC has updated its refund policy with important changes regarding the use of existing credits:

• No New Credits Issued: As of the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year (April 1st, 2025), TUC will no longer issue credits.
• Deadline for Existing Credits: All existing credits must be used byDecember 31st, 2025. Rights to previously issued credits will be forfeited after this date.
• Credit Usage Options: Credits can be applied to membership fees, league fees, or event fees.
• Credit Transfers: Players can transfer credits to their team captain to cover individual portions of team fees.

Be sure to plan accordingly and use your credits before the deadline!

New Summer League Option at Lamport Stadium – Thursdays!

TUC is excited to introduce a newSummer Thursday League designed for new and recreational players!

League Details:

• Location: All games will be played atLamport Stadium
• Format: 6 vs 6 (minimum 2 men and 2 women on the field)
• Game Duration: 70 minutes per game
• Seasons: Two 7-week seasons offered throughout the summer
• Fees: $650 per team per season
• Timeslots: 7:15 PM – 8:25 PM or 8:30 PM – 9:40 PM
• Skill Level: Targeted at beginner and recreational players (having a few experienced players per team is encouraged!)

Why Join?

• Perfect for New Teams: Play against teams at your level and gain valuable experience.
• Coaching Opportunities: Experienced players will be available to provide coaching support.
• Bonus Practice: If space allows, we plan to set up one field for clinics, offering players the opportunity to practice and play on the same night.

Registration will open in mid-to-late March.

Note: This league offering is dependent on securing the same Lamport field permits as in previous years.

New Membership Pricing for 2025!

To grow our membership and encourage new players to join, TUC is introducing a new membership fee structure for 2025:

• Returning Player Membership: $70 (previously $80)
• New Player Membership: $25 (previously $50)

We hope this updated pricing will make it easier for new players to experience Ultimate with TUC and encourage returning members to stay involved.
