i love her and it ahde to be done she was being outshined by solange it was too hard for them to promote both of them at the same time. This is a smart move her single wasnt making a big enough impact on the us chats alone. And we need her too win imo she should shoot a video with flo rida and give that song a proper push however i do feel this will stop her competing wiht solange and give her stronger album sales on the whole because all focus will be on her

plus SEVEN songs already leaked tha album is practically already out. WTF is goin wrong.
even though i love tha fact that “the greatest” will be the next single but y not NOW!!! im so effin baffled by tha whole situation.

You know the saying to good to be true. Well damn isnt that the truth. Like i understand then i dont understand. Being that We break the Dawn is a good song it def gets annoying after a few listens. But i love michelle with all my heart and i Pray that she has much Success.
With “the greastest” being the second single… I say YESSS to that. With Tv proformance of good standards and a great video to accompy it we shout she Michelle on BET( Finally), MTV (Well over due) and the radio. The greatest is a great crossover song for her. From the vocals to the lyrics i love it.
Ive been peeping out Michelle on these little showcases shes been doing. There decent. But lets face it. Michelle has to Practically nail every proformance like its her last. Cause as much as we dont want to admit it. Ppl are looking for her to flop and fail.
She has the look down, Just a little more help in commanding the stage and she’ll do good. But i cant wait. I ll be buying it no matter when it comes out. cause thats my girl. And happy Birthday Michelle. Luv ya

As a Michelle Williams campaigner of course I’m sad I have to wait but I think it is for the better. First of all more time to campaign and for her to get out and promote. This will only make hype bigger. I ask people and some haven’t even heard of Michelle Williams.

As for “The Greatest” as the second single.. I’m glad. The song is going to be a HIT among radio and EVERYWHERE. I personally think it’s better written than “Stop This Car” and I LOVE “Stop This Car.” And if she releases “Stop This Car” as the third single, it will be riding off the success of “The Greatest.” Not to mention come prom time, “The Greatest” will be playing at every prom.

I just hope Beyonce don’t release her album in the fall like they wanted to…

very disappointing… I agree with many of your posts though, WHERE IS THE PROMO?? And yes, the album needs the promo, especially now since you're throwing it up against the likes of Beyonce & Ciara. I'm really getting fed up with the treatment all of the artists are getting outside of the Knowles blood line. I mean seriously, WTF?

ok for yall saying that bee is gonna compete with ciara and beyonce. what are u talking about? Ciaras album comes out that the end of November and Michelles Comes out at the begginning of october. Theres no confirmation that beyonces album is coming out in November and it probably wont. Darkchild just said that they are working for a release in november, but beyonce is still working on the album so it probably will be released later then that.

they should have released the album in august…BEYONCE WILL BE PREMIERING HER NEW SINGLE SEPT 5TH AT FASHION ROCKS AND ALL THE BUZZ WILL BE SURROUNDING HER..so when october comes no one isnt going to be checking for michelle they will be counting down the days til beyonce album drop in november…ciara also is going to be alot of competition,,,mathew knowles only did this so solange could have all the spotlight and she is still going to flop…they should have given michelle that august release date…

This just sucks!!! I am the least bit excited about this development. To be completely honest all those promo apperancces she's being getting were nothing compared to what Solange is getting and I must say I had my doubts for Michelle bcos her promo thingi was goin' downhill fast. All the promos on youtube didn't have fans completely excited about her! Ground root promo is good but then what happened to TV, Media, a mini-tour???? Pushing her album to October can only work if the right TV/Media stations are used and killer tracks are sent to the radio. Having said that, I think HH & GT are brilliant tracks, plus she needs to go back to the studio and lay down a couple of new tracks to support the album if she wants her project to be a blast cos the way they been leaking is rather disturbing. If her mangement can pull this off and not screw things up I am optimistic Michelle will shine but like she said there's a lot of foolishness in the industry……Michelle if you are reading this, am still rooting for you and will still buy her album no matter what……

Hate all you want but the Knowles always win and get the last laugh. Most of you complaining probably have never bought a Michelle c.d or a Kelly c.d in your whole life. 1. we break the dawn (then rerelease the remix with Flo Rida)
2. the greatest (this will most definitely be a #1 hit)
3. hello heartbreak (this will do good on dance radio)
4. stop this car (this will have the same success as the greatest)
5. unexpected (this will be a great single to close the album off because everyone will think she will fail but she won’t and it will be unexpected to them)
